C.L.U.R.T. Community of Hope
Your Past Is Part of Your Story. It Doesn't Have to Define Your Future.

You Are Worth Recovery.
At C.L.U.R.T., recovery begins with connection—a safe community where people can be heard, supported, encouraged, and reminded that their story is still being written.
You are more than what happened to you.
You are more than an addiction. More than a diagnosis. More than your mistakes.
More than the things you were taught to believe about yourself.
You are worth recovery. You are worth connection. You are worth another possibility.
Our Vision
C.L.U.R.T. envisions a community where every person recognizes that their past, trauma, addiction, mental-health challenges, or circumstances do not determine their worth or their future. We envision people reconnecting with themselves and others, discovering hope and stability, and realizing that they are worthy of recovery, belonging, purpose, and the opportunity to build a meaningful life.

Our Mission
The mission of C.L.U.R.T. is to create a welcoming, peer-led community where individuals can reconnect, recover, and rediscover their value and potential. Through authentic relationships, peer support, education, social connection, wellness activities, and access to community resources, C.L.U.R.T. helps individuals challenge trauma-informed and self-defeating beliefs, strengthen hope and resilience, develop practical tools for stability, and move toward lives defined not by what has happened to them, but by what is still possible for them.
Inspiring Change

that I was worth recovery."

Core Values
Human Flourishing
We Don't Grow in isolation, we grow in Community
Community Impact
A Place to Connect. A Community to Belong.
A welcoming identity emphasizing connection, belonging, peer support, and access to community resources.
Community-Based Alternative
C.L.U.R.T. proposes to address this gap by creating a community-based alternative point of connection.
The goal is not to tell an individual that an emergency department is unnecessary.
The goal is to ensure that the emergency department is not the only door available.
It Takes a Village
Through strong community partnerships and warm referrals, we seek to create a coordinated network of support that helps individuals move toward recovery, stability, connection, self-sufficiency, and hope.
